When some heat has built up, cup the hands and gently place over the eyes. Feel the heat from your warm palms soothing your eyes. The reason this works? The heat from your palms helps your tired eye muscles to relax."
Take a stand and only do what feels good and right for you. Set a boundary and don't allow anyone or anything stop you from doing what's good and right for
you. Always know that God doesn't shut one door with out opening another...but you can't drag your foot to keep the door open...just in case! get up and take a 30 minute walk @ sunrise. walking can be a form of meditation and the begining of the day is a very powerful time. |
