Here are some guideposts to help journal dreams on the SAGE PAGEs.
1) Keep something to write with OR a tape recorder near your sleeping place.
2) Upon waking, even after the alarm jars you out of sleep, try to describe your state of
mind, body and soul by considering some basic questions like: Are you hot or cold, tired
or rested, happy or not happy, etc.
3) If you recall your dream, consider the major symbols, scenes and players and write
about it.
4) If you don't recall your dream, just do steps 1 and 2, and see where this leads you.
5) After creating a written or audio journal, contribute your dream to the SAGE PAGE! |
